✅ Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry and hiring trends.
• Identify potential client companies and hiring authorities in targeted industries.
• Prepare and send mass emails to hiring managers promoting key candidates.
• Document and update information about companies and candidates in the database.
• Source, recruit, and deliver high-quality candidates using research, job boards, data sourcing tools, referrals, and networking.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Interpret data to provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Support marketing campaigns with accurate data and reporting.
• Create post-campaign reports for marketing initiatives.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python or R (plus).
• Advanced level of English, both oral and written (B2/C1).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
